444l Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement With Us

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "444l", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the 444l platform accessible at https://444l.onl and any associated sub-domains or mobile-optimised versions of the same service.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 444l platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the 444l platform, through which all gaming, betting, financial transactions, and account management activities are conducted.
• "Platform" refers to the complete 444l website, mobile web experience, and any associated software or services made available to players.
• "Games" refers collectively to all casino games, live dealer games, slots, game shows, and any other wagering products available through the Platform.

By creating an Account with 444l, or by accessing or using any part of the Platform without creating an Account, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not create an Account and must cease using the Platform immediately. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions form a binding legal agreement between you and 444l. They apply in addition to any game-specific rules, sport-specific betting rules, and promotional terms that may be published separately on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between a game-specific rule or promotional term and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the specific rule or promotion explicitly states otherwise.

3.1 Minimum Age. The 444l platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years or older. It is illegal for anyone under the age of 21 to register an Account or participate in any gambling or betting activity on the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or above.

3.2 Age Verification Process. 444l may request age verification documentation at any point, including at the time of registration, before processing a first withdrawal, or whenever our risk and compliance team has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player may be under 21. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3.3 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is intended for use by players in the Bangladesh market. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform complies with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction. 444l does not represent or warrant that the Platform is lawful to use in any specific jurisdiction outside its intended market.

3.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on 444l. Holding multiple Accounts — whether in the same name or under different names — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Any Accounts identified as duplicate will be suspended, and any balances or winnings associated with duplicate Accounts may be forfeited.

3.5 Employees and Associates. Employees, contractors, directors, agents, and close family members of 444l or its software and payment partners are not permitted to hold player Accounts or participate in real-money gambling or betting on the Platform.

4.1 Registration Accuracy. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when creating your Account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. 444l will match this information against verification documents when processing withdrawal requests. Discrepancies will delay or prevent withdrawals.

4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity that takes place through your Account while you are logged in — or as a result of you having shared your credentials — is your responsibility.

4.3 Reporting Unauthorised Access. If you become aware or suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 444l immediately at [email protected]. 444l will take reasonable steps to secure the Account pending investigation, but cannot be held liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where the Player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

4.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance (excluding uncleared Bonuses subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to you via the payment method on file following a successful Verification check. Account closure requests are typically processed within five business days.

4.5 Account Suspension by 444l. 444l reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Account holder is in breach of these Terms & Conditions, is engaging in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 444l accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All deposits are processed and credited in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 444l does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction, per day, or per method and will be displayed at the point of deposit. 444l reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time.

5.3 Deposit Processing Times. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 444l Account balance within 30 seconds of a successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedules of the relevant financial institution.

5.4 Deposit Ownership. You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made on your behalf using payment methods owned by another person — are strictly prohibited. Any such deposits identified will be returned to the originating account, and your Account may be suspended pending review.

5.5 Failed Deposits. If a deposit payment is not reflected in your Account balance within the expected timeframe, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number. Do not re-attempt the deposit until you have confirmed with support that the original transaction has not been processed, to avoid duplicate charges.

5.6 No Deposit Fees. 444l does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider or financial institution may apply their own service charges. 444l is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment processors.

6.1 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will be returned exclusively to the same payment method and account used to make the original deposit. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect players from unauthorised withdrawal requests by third parties.

6.2 Verification Requirement. 444l is required to complete a Verification check before processing any withdrawal request. You may be asked to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID (such as a National Identity Card or passport), proof of address, and confirmation of ownership of the payment method used to deposit. Please ensure your Account information matches your verification documents to avoid delays.

6.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. 7.3 Bonus Validity Period. Bonuses must be wagered within the time period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Unused Bonus credit that has not met the wagering requirement within the validity period will expire and be removed from the Account automatically.

7.4 Bonus Abuse. 444l takes bonus abuse seriously. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using low-variance betting patterns specifically designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk; placing bets on both sides of the same outcome; and colluding with other players to exploit promotional conditions. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their Bonus balances forfeited and may be suspended permanently.

7.5 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. 444l reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, including promotions that are actively running. Where a promotion is modified after a Player has already claimed it, the Player's claimed Bonus will continue to operate under the terms that were in effect at the time of claiming, unless 444l determines that the modification is required for legal compliance purposes.

8.1 Game-Specific Rules. Each casino game available on the 444l Platform is governed by its own set of rules supplied by the relevant game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, or others). These rules are accessible within each game's interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules of the game you are playing.

8.2 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts arising from the malfunction are void. 444l will use reasonable endeavours to restore affected Accounts to their pre-malfunction state. A game malfunction voids all pays and plays, regardless of the displayed result.

8.3 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits. Each game carries its own minimum and maximum bet limits as set by the game provider and 444l. 9.1 Bet Placement. Sports bets are accepted up to the market closing time stated for each event. 9.2 Bet Validity. Bets are valid only for the event, market, and selection as confirmed at the time of placement. 9.3 Event Cancellation and Postponement. If a sporting event is cancelled before it commences, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. If an event is postponed and does not recommence within 36 hours of the originally scheduled start time, bets will be treated as void and stakes returned, unless 444l's specific sport rules state otherwise.

9.4 Cricket-Specific Rules. For BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and other cricket markets, match result bets require a minimum number of overs to be completed before the result is deemed official for settlement purposes. The minimum over requirements for each competition are published in the Cricket Betting Rules section of the Platform. In the event of a reduced-over match due to weather or other interruptions, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method result is used for settlement where applicable.

9.5 Maximum Payout. Individual bet payouts are subject to a maximum payout limit as displayed in the sportsbook at the time of bet placement. Winnings above this threshold will be capped at the stated maximum, regardless of the accumulated odds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 444l Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age, or knowingly allowing a person under 21 to use your Account.
• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, borrowed, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your Account.
• Any form of money laundering, including depositing funds obtained through illegal means.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or play games without manual human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players or with any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sporting corruption in connection with bets placed on the Platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another player's Account, or to any back-end system of the Platform.

444l employs active fraud monitoring systems. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity will be reviewed and may be suspended pending investigation. 444l cooperates with law enforcement agencies and may share Account and transaction data as required by applicable law.

12.1 Ownership. All content on the 444l Platform — including but not limited to the brand name 444l, the logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software code, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 444l or its licensed providers. All rights are reserved.

12.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

13.3 Technical Failures. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 444l's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 90 days preceding the claim.

13.4 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 444l, its officers, employees, agents, and technology partners from and against any claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions or your unlawful use of the Platform.

444l collects and processes personal data in connection with Account registration, identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming obligations. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. 444l applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Account passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing and are never held in plaintext.

444l reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account, with a minimum of seven days' notice before the revised terms take effect, except where an immediate change is required for legal compliance reasons.

If you object to any amended terms, you may close your Account before the revised terms take effect and your real-money balance will be returned to you following Verification. 16.3 Language. All dispute correspondence shall be conducted in English. Documents submitted as evidence that are not in English must be accompanied by a certified English translation at the submitting party's expense.
